Released in 2011, Kokorico is one of the colognes that simply was swallowed up by tidal wave of young blood from Gaultier; JPG has released more than three dozen colognes (not including women's!) in the decade since. The head to the famous body, the top note is fig leaf. The middle notes are cacao and patchouli, and the base is cedar and vetiver. Kokorico is dark and spicy, smooth and sweet. The chocolate note in this eau de toilette steers it, and the fig leaf provides intrigue. Wear this épicé-chaud in the depths of autumn and winter, when the bitterly crisp air could use some sweet warmth.
