Guerlain Idylle Eau de Toilette

This is a floral fragrance for women from 2010. Another example of this fine designer at its fragrant best, notes include lily-of-the-valley, jasmine, lilac, peony, musk and rose. Creator Thierry Wasser designer had the following to say about this fragrance project: "In this combination of the personal, sensual, emotional facet of chypre, and the physical aspect of musk, and the declaration of love with the bouquet of flowers, the inexpressible idea was expressed, tender and ethereal, sensuous and romantic, fleeting and eternal." "Idyllic" in English usually evokes the countryside and farming life, whereas in French idylle has the more pointed primary sense of "a young romantic tryst." Whence the seductive nature of this eau de toilette.
